About Dispatch

Dispatch is a real time slack notification app for ServiceNow written by Chadd Horanburg.

Dispatch makes it possible for anyone (or any team) to receive slack notifications based on pretty much any combination of triggers and events you can imagine. If there's a record and a field in ServiceNow, we can make a trigger for it.

Some common examples of what's possible:

• A team wants a notice whenever a ticket is assigned to them.
• A manager wants to know whenever a P1 (Critical) incident is opened for their team
• A user wants to know whenever a ticket assigned to them is updated

These notifications are also very easy to customize and can include any number of fields you want from the record in question.

The end result is this: Dispatch makes it incredibly easy to get notified on Slack for just about anything you can imagine. Most use cases take less than 10 minutes to setup.
