User Notifications
Dispatch can also send notifications directly to users when a ticket is assigned to them and gets updated. For example, if someone adds Comments to your ticket, Dispatch can send you a notification that includes their comment.
In order to receive these notifications, you will have to enable it in your profile first. In ServiceNow, first click on your profile image, and the view your Profile.
Once your profile loads, you will see a checkbox at the bottom to receive slack notifications.
